Privacy Policy

Aiveris LLC ("Aiveris," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website aiveris.ai and the Aiveris phone line. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you fill out the contact form, request the Frontier LLM Report, book a call, or call Aiveris, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company name, role, and details about the workflow or business issue you want to discuss.

Calendly

If you book a call using the Calendly link on our site, you interact directly with Calendly's platform. Calendly's own privacy policy governs that data. We receive your name, email, and any notes you include in the booking.

Phone calls

If you call Aiveris at (856) 367-6198, your call may be handled by automated systems and may be recorded and transcribed. We may collect your phone number, call metadata, transcript, summary, scheduling details, and any contact or business information you provide during the call. The call system may also save follow-up tasks, meeting requests, and do-not-call requests.

Information collected automatically

Our site is served via Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may collect standard server log data (IP addresses, request timestamps, user agents) as part of its infrastructure operations. Report-download requests also record basic request metadata, referrer, landing page, and campaign parameters for abuse prevention, attribution, and lead follow-up. If a campaign link brings you to a different page before the report form, the site may keep campaign parameters in first-party session storage so the request can be attributed. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels by default. If we enable advertising measurement later, this policy will identify the enabled providers and the site may use their tags or cookies for conversion measurement and retargeting.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or schedule a call
  • Send you the Frontier LLM Report if requested
  • Communicate about a potential or active engagement
  • Route phone calls, create follow-up tasks, maintain call history, and honor do-not-call requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

3. Data storage and retention

Email inquiries live in our email inbox. Report-download leads, call activity, contact records, follow-up tasks, and do-not-call records may be stored in Cloudflare KV and mirrored into our internal Notion CRM. Raw call payloads are stored for operational review and transcript processing. We retain business inquiry and call records as long as they are relevant to our business relationship, operational needs, or legal compliance, then delete or archive them. Do-not-call records may be retained longer so we can honor opt-out requests.

4. Third-party services

Our website uses the following third-party services:

If advertising measurement is enabled, the relevant providers may include Google, Meta, or LinkedIn for conversion tracking, retargeting, and campaign attribution. We will not enable those tags without updating this policy to match the active implementation.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To do so, email us at info@aiveris.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Children's privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
